Step 2: Design
Think we’re a good fit? Then it’s time to design! Once you take care of the Design Service Fee we’ll begin crafting your trip proposal, creating up to three tailored options for you. From there we’ll fine tune based on your feedback to create your final itinerary.

Step 3: Book & Manage
You can start dreaming of what to pack—we’ll take it from here. We’ll book and manage all the different components of your trip, monitor your deposit deadlines, and triple verify everything for you. This includes air, car rentals, hotel/resort stays, excursions, and more. Have special requests or specific needs (like food allergies, crib requests, etc)? We’ll take care of them.

Step 4: Explore!
Time to jet off—and leave all the stress behind. We’ll be monitoring your flights and trip progress to make sure everything goes seamlessly for you. Need assistance or want to make a last-minute itinerary change? Reach out to us directly through our travel app for swift support!

Q: How much does it cost to work with The Bon Vivant Traveler?
Planning Fees Policy
At The Bon Vivant Traveler™, we strive to provide seamless and personalized travel experiences for every client. Included in our planning fees is the allowance for up to five (5) changes per itinerary per trip up to 90 days of client's departure date at no additional cost. Any changes within 60 days of the departure date—such as cancellations of travel segments, date modifications, changes in the number of travelers, or itinerary alterations to travel services not booked through The Bon Vivant Traveler, LLC™ —will incur a change fee of $25 per person to ensure the continued excellence and flexibility of your trip planning.

Our industry affiliations allow us to often pass along special perks and amenities to our clients, such as early check in/late check out, complimentary breakfast for two, room upgrades, spa/resort credit, and more (all subject to availability and not guaranteed).
Q: Do you recommend travel insurance?
A: Yes, absolutely. With so much uncertainty around travel these days, we want to make sure your vacation investment is always protected. Plus, you’ll want to be covered in case you need medical assistance while abroad (your U.S. health insurance typically won’t cover you). When we design your trip, we can recommend some travel insurance organizations who can meet your needs.
