Think we’re a good fit? Then it’s time to design! Once you take care of the Design Service Fee we’ll begin crafting your trip proposal, creating up to three tailored options for you. From there we’ll fine tune based on your feedback to create your final itinerary.

Step 3: Book & Manage
You can start dreaming of what to pack—we’ll take it from here. We’ll book and manage all the different components of your trip, monitor your deposit deadlines, and triple verify everything for you. This includes air, car rentals, hotel/resort stays, excursions, and more. Have special requests or specific needs (like food allergies, crib requests, etc)? We’ll take care of them.

Step 4: Explore!
Time to jet off—and leave all the stress behind. We’ll be monitoring your flights and trip progress to make sure everything goes seamlessly for you. Need assistance or want to make a last-minute itinerary change? Reach out to us directly through our travel app for swift support!

Q: How much does it cost to work with The Bon Vivant Traveler?
Upfront Non-Refundable Travel Planning Service Fee Breakdown:
Multi-Destination International Travel - This covers our time researching and crafting your trip package from start to finish, travel documents, and providing on-call support while you travel. Land or cruise packages may consist of hotels, car rentals, transfers, tours/shore excursions, flights, rail, and cruise reservations.
- 5-7 Day Trip - starts at $350+ per couple per trip for most trips.
- 7-10 Day Trip - Starts at $450+ per couple per trip for most trips.
- 10 or more day Trip - A custom quote based on length, complexity of itinerary, and number of travelers.
Single Destination Travel - Single Destination Travel is described as a vacation package with one destination, for example, a single destination within the United States, an All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Canada. Land or cruise packages may consist of hotels, car rentals, transfers, tours/shore excursions, flights, and cruise reservations.
- 5-7 Day Trip - starts at $250+ per trip per couple for most trips.
- 7-10 Day Trip - Starts at $350+ per couple per trip for most trips.
- 10 or more day Trip - A custom quote based on length, complexity of itinerary, and number of travelers.
Single Ticketing Fee Outside of Package:
Air: $100-$250 - depending on the complexity of air arrangements
Rail: $50 per ticket or $250 per family

A: Yes, absolutely. With so much uncertainty around travel these days, we want to make sure your vacation investment is always protected. Plus, you’ll want to be covered in case you need medical assistance while abroad (your U.S. health insurance typically won’t cover you). When we design your trip, we can recommend some travel insurance organizations who can meet your needs.
